Energy Transparency Index reports
The Energy Transparency Index annual study reports reflect the main results of comprehensive assessments of the availability and quality of the information in the energy sectors of the countries covered. The reports provide key findings of in-depth multidimensional analyses of transparency (by category and subcategory, energy market, or particular indicator, etc.), diagnosing gaps, international comparisons and rankings, and tracking progress, as well as targeted recommendations for stakeholders to improve transparency and accountability.
2023 Index Report
The third international edition of the Energy Transparency Index scrutinizes energy transparency in Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine as countries most advanced in European integration among the Eastern Partnership nations. The study also covers EU member Romania as a benchmark for the Eastern Partnership and the Energy Community countries. The report contains multidimensional assessments, including progress made by countries, reveals transparency gaps, and provides targeted recommendations to public authorities and other stakeholders. The third edition of the Index also contains the assessment of the separate institiutions (Ministries of Energy, Energy Regulators, Competition Authorities, etc.).
